My 1:1 mentorship program is designed for teachers who want real guidance, thoughtful feedback, and a supportive space to grow. Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of teachers refine their sequencing, strengthen their cueing, deepen their anatomical knowledge, and cultivate their authentic teaching voice.

In our work together, we’ll explore:

Mentorship Pack (3 Sessions) — $395

Guest Teaching in Yoga Teacher Trainings

Elevate your teacher training experience with guest instruction from Ruth Ingram, E-RYT 500, YACEP. With over a decade of teaching, mentoring, and training yoga teachers, Ruth brings depth, clarity, and practical methodology to both 200- and 300-hour programs. She has served as lead faculty in multiple teacher trainings, guided advanced continuing education modules, and is known for translating complex concepts into accessible, embodied learning.

Guest training modules can be customized to meet the needs of your program and may include:

• Creative and intelligent sequencing
• Advanced theming and class design
• Functional anatomy and biomechanics
• Teaching methodology and cueing
• Class pacing and energy management
• Voice, presence, and confidence building
• Workshop and specialty-class development
